TUSCALOOSA, Ala. (WIAT) — The Paul W. Bryant Museum will offer visitors the chance to play miniature golf inside the facility April 14.
According to the University of Alabama, the custom nine-hole course will be playable from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. that Monday. The Masters will be held from Thursday through Sunday at Augusta National Golf Club. The SEC golf championships are scheduled for April.
“Our hope is for visitors to have fun playing a version of the same sport athletes at UA participate in at a high level,” said Brian Mast, education outreach coordinator at the museum, in a statement. “There is a long history of golf here at UA with the first women’s national championship won by Eleanor Dudley in 1941, Emma Talley winning the individual national championship in 2015 to professional men’s golfers like Jerry Pate and Justin Thomas.”
