Eric Swalwell, a candidate in California’s governor race, has addressed recent online speculation accusing him of inappropriate interactions with female staff members.

The congressman from East Bay, leading the Democratic charge for governor, dismissed these allegations as baseless rumors aimed at undermining his campaign just weeks ahead of the June 2 primary election.
