An undocumented immigrant released into the community during the Biden administration was recently apprehended after being accused by a 14-year-old Florida girl of sexual assault on multiple occasions.

Eduardo Rivera-Villarreal, 53, faces charges of human trafficking, lewd and lascivious battery, and the rape of a minor under 17, as reported by the Pasco Sheriff’s Office.

Rivera-Villarreal reportedly encountered the 14-year-old girl around August 20 when he stopped at a Pasco County bus stop where she was seated and offered her a ride, according to a press release from the sheriff’s department.

When she got in the car, he allegedly propositioned and paid her for sex.

“So everybody, here’s a clear message: Eduardo Villarreal will be in a Florida prison for life. So just putting it out there. If those cartels are really mad at him, that’s where he’ll be,” Nocco said.

The sheriff’s office intends to investigate the Florida-based company that employed Rivera-Villarreal as a delivery driver and will provide their findings to the Department of Homeland Security.

Nocco said the girl is safe and receiving the necessary resources.

DHS, the Pasco Sheriff’s Office and Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) did not immediately respond to Fox News Digital’s requests for comment.
