The altercation occurred near a residence on Sterling Avenue in Flossmoor. Reports indicate that Swetz, situated in his car, threw a “brown liquid substance” from a cup at Foxx.

Prosecutors detailed that Foxx was forced to quickly move out of the road to avoid being hit by Swetz’s speeding vehicle.
