Fresno surgeon Victor Lynn Perry has medical license revoked after sexual misconduct

A prominent surgeon has been officially stripped of his medical license following revelations of a sexual assault on a patient.

The Medical Board of California revoked Dr. Victor Lynn Perry’s license effective Tuesday, after it was discovered he inappropriately touched a female patient’s groin.

The incident occurred during a follow-up appointment in Perry’s Fresno office in September 2021. The woman, recovering from neck surgery, had consulted him about sciatic nerve pain.
