Birmingham man arrested after Homewood police chase results in crash


HOMEWOOD, Ala. (WIAT) — The Homewood Police Department announced the apprehension of an individual allegedly linked to a series of vehicle break-ins.

On October 23, officers in Homewood spotted a person on Wildwood Parkway who fit the description of a suspect in a car burglary case. When they attempted to pull the individual over, he reportedly sped away along Lakeshore Parkway.
