Michael Jordan’s former mansion has been listed on Airbnb, with fans being offered the chance to ‘live like a legend.’

The Highland Park, Illinois home – located in the suburbs of Chicago – was sold in December for $9.5million.

The mansion’s current owner, John Cooper, is offering basketball enthusiasts the opportunity to stay at the former estate of an NBA legend. However, staying there comes with a hefty price tag.

The home – which can fit up to 12 guests – has a seven-night minimum which will cost patrons a stunning six figures.

For example, a stay from August 2-9 costs $105,514, or roughly $15,000 per night.

During the Labor Day weekend, the cost increases significantly, running from August 29 to September 5, with a total of $120,920 – that’s over $17,000 per night.

The former home of the six-time NBA champion boasts seven bedrooms and 17.5 bathrooms, and even has Jordan’s iconic No. 23 on the front gate.

The property boasts numerous amenities for guests to enjoy, such as a complete basketball court, wine cellar, stunning infinity pool, professional-grade putting green, and more.

The estate – which spans 7.39 acres –  ‘was built with privacy, security, and luxury in mind,’ the listing says.

The property was bought last year by real estate investor John Cooper, who told NBC News he wasn’t sure of his plans for the property in the long term.

‘I am still considering many different uses for the property,’ Cooper told the outlet.

‘Some great uses require zoning relief, but in the meantime short-term rentals are a permitted use to bring exposure to the property and generate some revenue.’

The Bulls legend has mostly remained out of the spotlight since retiring from basketball in 2003, but is set to serve as a ‘special contributor’ for NBC and Peacock’s NBA coverage next season.

NBA commissioner Adam Silver has subsequently said that Jordan is ‘excited’ about the new role.

‘I spoke to Michael about it,’ Silver said on the Dan Patrick Show. ‘He’s excited about it. I think for him it means he’s got to stay current with the game.’

Silver continued: ‘He’s so passionate about it. I mean we talk about it all the time, he wants the game to be played the right way.’

Jordan is widely considered the NBA’s ‘GOAT’ after a glittering career with the Bulls.

He pulled two incredible championship three-peats with Chicago, won five MVP awards and was a 10-time scoring championship as he etched his name in sports lore.
