Tonight, September 21, the New York Giants head west to take on the San Francisco 49ers for the third game of the season.

What to expect from tonight’s game:
There seems to be a lot riding on this game after last week’s historic comeback for the Giants, especially since RB Saquon Barkley suffered an ankle sprain and was ruled out of tonight’s game. Taking that into account, QB Daniel Jones needs to have the game of his life tonight with some big plays.
In two games so far this season, the Giants don’t have a single sack, forced fumble, or interception — they haven’t created a single turnover in back-to-back games for the first time in franchise history.
On the opposing side, 49ers starting QB (and last year’s 262nd overall draft pick) Brock Purdy is 9-0 when he starts and finishes a game.
The New York Post’s Paul Schwartz predicts that tonight’s game will end in a 27-13 final score with the 49ers taking the win.
