An Idaho bar proprietor is more determined than ever after he claimed he and his family have become targets of death threats following his controversial promotion. The offer, which promised free beer to anyone aiding ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) in locating and deporting undocumented immigrants, has sparked heated debates amidst nationwide protests against ICE.
According to a report by RedState, Mark Fitzpatrick, who owns the Old State Saloon in Eagle, Idaho, found himself at the center of a storm after sharing a provocative message on X. The post boldly advertised:

The announcement proclaimed, “ALERT: Anyone who assists ICE in identifying and deporting an illegal immigrant from Idaho receives FREE BEER FOR ONE MONTH at Old State Saloon!”
This message was posted on November 29 and gained further traction after being shared by the Department of Homeland Security, amplifying the attention on the contentious offer.

In response, Fitzpatrick said they have faced death threats, telling Fox News the following:
“At Old State Saloon, we really aren’t strangers to speaking out boldly about conservative Christian values and truth and putting the truth out there,” Fitzpatrick said, adding that speaking in a world with “deception” and “evil” causes people to get “really upset.”
“What liberals want to do is they attack you,” he added. “They go on the attack, and they start calling you names. People are just outright saying I should die for this. It’s really, really despicable.”
“The way I look at it is they’re kind of disclosing like their wickedness right to us in public and showing us who they are,” Fitzpatrick continued regarding the attacks and threats he said he’s received.

In several posts on Monday, Fitzpatrick reacted to reports of the alleged threats against him.
“Never ever surrender to lying liberals!” he wrote about one post. It linked to a headline that read, “We’re Not Backing Down’: Owner of Pro-ICE Idaho Saloon Undeterred by Violent Threats.”

In another post, he shared a violent voicemail he said they had received that is full of profane words.
In one part of the call, the person suggests the owner should have a personal experience with a chainsaw.

The violence is getting creative.

Unhinged is the first word that comes to mind with these messages and posts. Hopefully, all this negative attention brings only good things to his watering hole.
