U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) reported on Friday that they have initiated a detainer for the arrest and deportation of an undocumented immigrant accused of using a machete to decapitate a merchant in Texas.
Yordanis Cobos-Martinez, a Cuban citizen, was taken into custody by Dallas police on Wednesday on homicide charges. He is alleged to have used a machete to behead a merchant during a dispute in front of the victim’s family, as stated in an ICE news release.
He then allegedly proceeded to kick the victim’s head “around like a soccer ball,” the release said.
