TIKTOKER Emilie Kiser has opened up on the decision she made on the day her three-year-old son drowned in their backyard pool.

Emilie’s husband Brady was at home at the time of the tragic accident and Chandler cops claimed Trigg was unsupervised for around nine minutes.

And, he was in the water for seven of those nine minutes.

According to court documents accessed by People, Emilie stated that she was not present at their residence in Chandler, located southeast of Phoenix, when the accident occurred on May 12.

“I will forever second guess that decision, among many others,” she said.

She was with her friends at a taco place while Brady was at home with Trigg, born in 2021, and their newborn child Theodore.

Emilie, who has more than four million followers on TikTok, described Trigg’s death as the “most severe and emotional event” she had ever faced.

Tragic details have emerged since Chandler cops released their findings.

Trigg fell into the pool after falling while he was playing with an inflatable chair.

His death was ruled as accidental drowning.

In their report, cops recalled the moment Brady saw Trigg floating in the pool.

Brady admitted it wasn’t the norm for Trigg to play outdoors unsupervised.

He recalled the moment one of their pet dogs was looking at the water.

“It was out of the ordinary to see him standing there looking in the water as he was,” he said.

Brady was watching a basketball game at the time the pool accident happened.

He had placed a $25 wager on the contest.

There was a discrepancy over how long Trigg had been left unsupervised.

Brady initially claimed he wasn’t watching his son for three to five minutes.

“It wasn’t minutes, it was moments,” he told cops.

That was before police realized it was nine minutes.

Trigg had swimming lessons but wasn’t strong in the water.

Emilie told cops her son didn’t know “fully” how to swim.

But, in a 2023 video, she revealed that he was learning to swim.

“At our friend’s birthday that other day, he was literally jumping on and off the diving board, probably 40 times, I kid you not,” she recalled.

Chandler cops recommended child abuse charges against Brady, but these were never filed.

This was due to the fact there was “no reasonable likelihood of conviction.”

Emilie has not posted on TikTok since the accident.

On the day of the accident, she shared a video that documented her Monday morning routine as a mom to two kids.

And, she shared a clip of her son lying in bed with his dad and younger brother.
