Jonathan Majors was spotted leaving a New York City courthouse after being charged with assaulting a woman.
The ‘Creed III’ star, 33, was taken into custody on Saturday morning on charges of ‘strangulation, assault and harassment,’ NYPD officials told DailyMail.com.
In new photos of Majors leaving the criminal court of NYC, the actor is seen wearing a baseball hat with the words ‘FREEDOM FREEDOM’ on it and a large surgical mask.
Sources said his attorney or representative appeared to be using her translucent umbrella to shield her client from the camera as they were exiting the establishment.
Police were first called around 11.15am Saturday and found an unidentified 30-year-old woman with injuries to her head and neck. She said she had been assaulted.
Further details of what allegedly happened have not yet been disclosed.
In a statement, Majors’ rep has denied the allegations saying: ‘He’s done nothing wrong. We look forward to clearing his name and clearing this up.’

The photos taken Saturday evening come less than 12 hours after the actor’s arrest.
In the pictures, the ‘Love Craft Country’ star is spotted wearing a long black coat and black pants and is hidden under his mask, ball cap, and the umbrella.
In one photo, the actor is surrounded by several security guards and police officers as he walks out towards the street to leave the courthouse.
The situation behind Majors’ release is unknown at this time.
DailyMail.com reached out to NYC courthouse officials for information but did not hear back by the time of publication.
While speaking with police, the woman told police she and Majors got into an argument and he proceeded to ‘attack her.’ The nature of their relationship is currently unknown.
According to a source who spoke with TMZ, the victim had visible injuries on her body, including a ‘laceration behind her ear, redness and marks to her face.’
The actor was cuffed and taken to jail right away, as police ‘felt there was enough evidence for probable cause.’
Following the altercation the alleged victim was taken to a local hospital and is currently in stable condition.
Cops were called to the scene at 11.14am near the intersection of West 22nd Street and 8th Avenue in the Chelsea area of Manhattan.
‘A preliminary investigation determined that a 33-year-old male was involved in a domestic dispute with a 30 year-old female,’ an NYPD statement read.
‘The victim informed police she was assaulted. Officers placed the 33-year-old male into custody without incident,’ the statement sent to DailyMail.com continued.
