According to the McHenry County State’s Attorney’s Office, Heiden is accused of recording Nolte as he participated in sexual acts with a dog at their residence on Yardley Drive.
Nolte faces charges of Sexual Conduct with an Animal, while Heiden has been charged with Aiding Sexual Conduct with an Animal, according to the state’s attorney’s office.
Initially, Huntley police reported that both were charged with one count of Sexual Conduct with an Animal.
The state’s attorney’s office clarified that Sexual Conduct with an Animal does not qualify as a detainable offense, which means the couple will be released from custody while awaiting trial.
The couple’s next court appearance is scheduled for Dec. 12.
