Utah man accused of throwing 6 puppies out of car on highway, killing 2 of them

In a shocking incident in Davis County, Utah, a man was arrested after allegedly hurling six puppies from a moving vehicle on U.S. Highway 89. Tragically, two of the puppies did not survive, and the mother dog was also abandoned.

Memphis Lor, aged 25, faces seven counts of animal cruelty under third-degree felony charges, although formal charges have yet to be filed.

According to the Davis County Sheriff’s Office, the incident occurred on October 22 as Lor drove along US-89 between Fruit Heights and Layton. It is alleged that while driving at highway speeds, he deliberately tossed six 3-week-old puppies from the car window.
