A city correction officer had his gun stolen by masked men in a robbery in Brooklyn on Sunday, police and law-enforcement sources said.
The suspects confronted the off-duty officer around noon in front of 301 Sutter Ave. in Brownsville, cops said.

One of the men pulled his weapon and demanded that the correction officer hand over his revolver. The robbers then took off with the weapon, police said.
The officer wasn’t injured. There were no immediate arrests.
