Brentford have signed Mukhammadali Urinboev, 18, from Uzbekistan Super League side Pakhtakor Tashkent on a six-month loan deal that is subject to international clearance.

The attacking midfielder will join up with Brentford ‘s B team and play alongside Romeo Beckham, with the west London side also able to make his move permanent as part of the deal. 

Having risen through the youth ranks at Usbekistan first-division side Pakhtakor Tashkent, the 18-year-old made his debut for the club’s senior team at the age of 16. 

Speaking on his move to the Bees, Urinboev said to the club’s website: ‘First of all, I am very happy to join such a great club and I want to say a massive thanks to my family, and everyone at Pakhtakor, for everything they have done for me.

The attacking midfielder, who can play through the middle or on the wings, has also prepresented the Uzbekistan national team at age level captaining the U18 side six times while scoring one goal.
