A minivan driver plowed into a busy Los Angeles crowd on Sunday afternoon, injuring at least nine people, including several children.

The incident occurred in the Fashion District of Los Angeles, in close proximity to Santee Alley, as reported by FOX 11 Los Angeles. Authorities arrived at the location shortly after 3:15 p.m.

Aerials show multiple first responders surrounding the van, which appeared to have crashed into a barrier.

There were nine individuals affected. Three minors – an 8-year-old boy, an 11-year-old boy, and a 17-year-old boy – were taken to the hospital and are reported to be in “fair condition,” according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.
