A video has surfaced showing a mother of a transgender child making a violent threat towards a woman who had accused doctors of prescribing hormone blockers to her 13-year-old daughter. The incident has sparked widespread attention.

The individual in question is reportedly Madeline Mann, an employee at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF). This encounter was captured during a Democratic Party convention in San Francisco by Beth Bourne, a known gender-critical activist.

The video begins with Mann labeling Bourne a “TERF,” an acronym for trans-exclusionary radical feminist, which is often used as a derogatory term by some transgender advocates toward those who oppose their views.

In the footage, Mann and Bourne engage in a tense exchange. Mann struggles to articulate when she realized she was “cis-gender,” despite supporting her daughter’s transgender identity. The situation escalates when Mann suddenly leans in and threatens Bourne on camera.

“I’m gonna hunt you down and f–king kill you,” Mann whispers into Bourne’s ear before walking away abruptly.

Bourne, trailing behind Mann, responds with disbelief, “Wait, you can’t say that, you can’t tell somebody you’re gonna kill them,” as Mann heads towards the exit.

Neither Mann nor UCSF responded immediately to requests for comment.
