Russia Hoax Architect Nellie Ohr Lied to Congress and the FBI and DOJ Covered Up the Investigation

The Department of Justice did not pursue charges against a key figure in the Russia Hoax controversy despite having tangible evidence that she had committed perjury during her testimony. A report from Senator Charles Grassley’s Judiciary Committee revealed that Nellie Ohr, a researcher with Clinton campaign contractor Fusion GPS and wife of Deputy Associate Attorney General Bruce Ohr, made false statements multiple times during Senate testimony. Former Representative Mark Meadows, then head of the House Oversight Committee, submitted a criminal referral in 2019, accusing Nellie Ohr of lying about her involvement in the creation and distribution of the “Steele Dossier.” FBI documents, recently declassified, confirmed the accusations were validated by an investigation, yet no prosecution followed.

Although Nellie Ohr claimed ignorance regarding the Department of Justice’s real-life investigation into the Russia Hoax, the FBI determined that Ohr was actively involved in crafting the Steele Dossier. This document claimed to contain private dialogues between former MI6 operative Christopher Steele and various Russian officials, suggesting Trump’s involvement as a Russian agent. Furthermore, she supplied the Department of Justice with information supporting the fabricated details she had created for Steele, particularly concerning the fraudulent “Alfa Bank” narrative.
