VICTORIOUS Nigel Farage has warned Yvette Cooper and Ed Miliband “we are coming for your seats next”.

The Reform Party stormed to victory in the local elections – decapitating Labour in their Northern heartlands and the Tories in the Southern shires.

Mr Farage said the bombshell results show he can be the next PM – and the Home Secretary and Net Zero Secretary are top of his hit list.

He told The Sun on Sunday: “Yvette and Ed’s seats are high up our target list.

“I would say to them – we are coming for your seats next.”

Mr Miliband represents Doncaster North – a Red Wall area where the council fell to Reform in the turquoise tsunami.

Ms Cooper represents Pontefract, near Wakefield in West Yorks., and had a majority of just 6,500 over Reform at the last election.

From a standing start, Reform won 677 councillors and gained control of some 10 councils.

A jubilant Nigel held a victory rally on Friday night in Kent – where Reform toppled the Tories.

Entering the stage amidst indoor fireworks, the jubilant Brexiteer proclaimed: “I can confidently say that we have emerged victorious in the 2025 May elections throughout England.”

He continued: “We have supplanted the Conservative Party. We are now the principal Opposition and we will challenge Keir Starmer.
“In many respects, this signals the end of two-party politics.”

“I genuinely think this party, which has been there for 200 years, what happened will signal the hollowing out of the Conservative Party.

“This is the beginning of the end. It is the death of the Conservative party. They deserve it and they did it to themselves.”

Things are “not too rosy for Labour” either, Nigel declared.

“We know what happened is the first step to us going on, making history and winning the general election of 2029.”

Mr Farage promised to end work from home, barmy Net Zero policies and pointless public spending in councils run by Reform.

He told The Sun on Sunday: “We know it is not easy and we can’t wave a magic wand.

“But we are looking for a change of culture in local government.”

Asked what his message to voters is, Nigel added: “Judge me in a year to see if we are making progress.”

Meanwhile, senior Tory sources said the party needs to “cut the cord” with Kemi Badenoch and bring Boris Johnson back as leader.

Kemi led the party to their worst local election results in history.

She has apologised for the bloodbath.

However, a senior Conservative figure commented: “The situation is dire. We lost Kent, which is essential to us. How can we rebuild without even holding Kent?”

“People are thinking – do we need to pull the cord and get rid of Kemi?

“There is already talk of do we need to bring back Boris? I don’t think there is anyone else who can rescue the situation.”
