JEFFERSON COUNTY, Ala. (WIAT) — Nine people were arrested in Jefferson County after deputies executed a search warrant Wednesday.

Officers executed a search warrant in the 1700 block of 32nd Place North and located multiple guns, drugs, and more. The following people were taken into custody:

• Demario Gray, 26, was charged with carrying brass knuckles/slingshot, loitering/drug purposes, and second-degree possession of marijuana. His bond totaled $7,000.
• Chris Scott, 45, was charged with loitering and gambling. His bond totaled $800.
• Jamicah Perry, 23, was charged with drug trafficking and first-degree possession of marijuana. His bond totaled $115,000.
• Derrick Day, 46,was charged with loitering/drug purposes. Day’s bond totaled $500.
• Darius Coates, 35, was charged with certain persons forbidden to possess a pistol and loitering/drug purposes. His bond totaled $10,500.
• Demarkus Smith, 31, was charged with loitering/drug purposes and possession of a controlled substance. His bond totaled $5,500.
• Rodtreiz Smith, 41, was charged with two counts of drug trafficking, distribution of cocaine, second-degree possession of marijuana and first-degree possession of marijuana. His bond totaled $246,000.
• Semajay Reynolds, 20, was charged with loitering/drug purposes, possession of second-degree marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. His bond totaled $12,500.
• Ahmad Amerson, 37, was charged with loitering/drug purposes. His bond totaled $500.
