“Over the past month, NYC has witnessed several horrific attacks on police officers,” Tisch posted on X. Among these incidents: one officer had a portion of his finger bitten off while another officer suffered a bitten ear. This most recent brutal attack resulted in severe facial fractures for the officer, adding to an already troubling list of assaults,” Tisch reported.
“Attack one of our own and you will get the full force of the greatest police department in the world coming for you, just like Taveon Hargrove does now,” Tisch added.
