A large police presence was seen in the area of the forest preserve Thursday. Chopper 7 was over the scene as police blocked off a grassy area.

A body found Thursday has not been officially identified as Abosede, police said.

The DuPage County coroner has scheduled an autopsy for Friday.

There has been an ongoing large-scale search for the missing woman in the past three weeks.

The Forest Preserve District of DuPage County announced on social media that they were assisting Naperville police in their search at the Springbrook Prairie Forest Preserve on 83rd Street. This location is approximately 1.5 miles away from the woman’s residence.

Abosede, a mother of four, was last seen July 30 on the corner of Sudbury Street and Lindsay Drive, near her home, at 9:20 a.m.

Dozens of volunteers were helping, along with K-9 teams and drones.

According to the police, Abosede has a medical condition that puts her at risk. She was last seen carrying a white water bottle and seems to have left behind her phone, credit cards, and other personal belongings.

Naperville police said the thick growth and terrain of the preserve has made their search challenging. Springbrook Prairie is nearly 2,000 acres.

Naperville police have not disclosed many more details regarding their investigation. Currently, they do not believe that foul play is involved in her disappearance.
