In a spirited showcase of resilience and fitness, Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has taken to social media, sharing a video of himself engaging in an invigorating workout regimen. True to his signature style, Kennedy donned his iconic workout jeans for the occasion.

The 72-year-old charismatic figure released a 90-second video on Tuesday, where he is seen exercising alongside the ever-energetic Kid Rock. The duo’s intent is clear: to motivate Americans to embrace a more active lifestyle. In a particularly striking moment, Kennedy plunges into an ice bath, submerging his entire body, clad in his trusty blue denim.

Accompanying the video, Kennedy’s message was straightforward and impactful: “I’ve teamed up with Kid Rock to deliver two simple messages to the American people: GET ACTIVE + EAT REAL FOOD.” His message resonated widely, quickly amassing over 8 million views and drawing a wave of support for the “Make America Healthy Again” initiative.

Meanwhile, several others quipped, “Ice plunge with jeans is madness” and “This jeans in the gym/tub/pool/sauna/everywhere thing is getting to be a bit much.”

Kennedy, a known outdoor enthusiast, has raised eyebrows in the past for opting to wear jeans while working out — regardless of the exercise or temperatures.
