An alarming video has shown the moment bullies forced a five-year-old boy with special needs to vape in a school bathroom.

The horrifying clip made its way around Wisconsin Conservatory of Lifelong Learning School in Milwaukee, and has also been seen by the child’s mother.

His mom, who chose to remain anonymous, has been looking for answers from the school on how this could have happened to her son.

‘My daughter told me, and then my niece had said there’s a video, and I was like “get the video”,’ the upset mother told TMJ4.

She has been trying to contact the Milwaukee public school, which serves grades K4 to 12, but has not gotten a straight answer from administrators on how this occurred.

‘Why was my son in the bathroom unattended? He don’t know better, and to add on top of that, he’s special ed, on top of it, so he doesn’t really know what’s what,’ the frustrated parent told the outlet.

‘I feel like he should’ve had someone with him at all times.’

The clip showed her son, dressed in a bright yellow t-shirt with a dinosaur on it, holding a large bright blue vape in his hands as he stood in a bathroom stall.

The child then brought the device up to his mouth and inhaled as another student, who appeared to be older, snatched the vape from his hand.

The video ended with the little boy standing in front of the toilet.

His mother has been trying to get to the bottom of the situation, but even after showing up to the district’s office last week, she has gotten nowhere.

Meanwhile, Milwaukee Public Schools said the district ‘takes student health and safety very seriously.’

‘We were concerned by what we saw in this video when it was reported to us earlier this week. We are taking all appropriate steps to ensure this incident is addressed according to our policies and procedures for everyone involved.

‘We are also actively reviewing this incident to see what lessons can be learned to prevent it from happening again,’ the school told DailyMail.com.

The child’s mother said she has been left with an overwhelming amount of fear about where she’s sending her child everyday.

‘By kids, parents, the world we live in right now. It’s just not safe at all, and I’m not trying to put my kids in no type of harm way,’ she said.

It is unclear if the students who gave the child the vape and recorded the disgusting act are going to face consequences or not.

DailyMail.com contacted Dr. Ramona Phillips, the principal of Wisconsin Conservatory of Lifelong Learning school, and Milwaukee Public Schools district for comment.

News of this distressing clip comes just a few weeks after chaotic scenes were recorded at another Milwaukee school.

Furious parents were seen confronting officials over a security guard who they said allegedly filmed girls in the locker room at Cristo Rey Jesuit High School.

That security guard, a former police officer named Fernando Bustos, pleaded not guilty to one felony count of invasion of privacy in a Wisconsin court after he was allegedly caught with roughly 400 videos of girls changing their clothes at the private school.

Furthermore, the camera’s memory card allegedly has footage of Bustos installing the device inside a locker and then closing the door, according to investigators.

Bustos was fired for what the school described as ‘performance reasons’ in early February.

Then, while cataloguing items he left behind, the school found his secret camera containing the videos, according to the criminal complaint obtained by DailyMail.com.

Hectic footage from a recent school meeting showed desperate parents hollering for answers. In one portion of the viral video, someone in the crowd was seen preventing others from leaving the gymnasium.

‘I felt hurt,’ one parent, Brandon Hobbs, told WISN.com. ‘I felt violated. My daughter felt hurt. She felt violated.

‘As a father, that hurt me. Knowing that my daughter could possibly be on one of those tapes,’ Hobbs said.

Bustos posted a $750 bond and is now out of police custody.
