Cast of Ryan Murphy's 'Love Story' attends a special 'For Your Consideration' event in New York

The Emmy season is in full swing, and the spotlight is on “Love Story.”

In New York, the cast of “Love Story” gathered for a special ‘For Your Consideration’ event in anticipation of the awards.

Created by Ryan Murphy, the romantic-drama series “Love Story” delves into the compelling relationship between John F. Kennedy Jr. and Carolyn Bessette, capturing the public’s fascination as it played out on the bustling streets of New York City.

The series chronicles their journey from their first encounter to the untimely tragedy that marked their lives.

Entertainment reporter Joelle Garguilo had the opportunity to speak with the cast following their dynamic season.

“Bringing this story to life has been incredibly rewarding,” shared Sarah Pidgeon. “It’s an honor to be part of such an inspiring project. I feel fortunate to have spent those months closely connected to Carolyn, celebrating her and John’s love story.”

“The people who actually grew up in the 90s whether you were in New York or not, it’s all that music, it’s the fashion, you’re walking down memory lane but my kids generation they are obsessed with this,” Naomi Watts said.

If you haven’t seen “Love Story,” watch it now on Hulu.

The Walt Disney Company is the parent company of FX, Hulu and this ABC station.
