St. Johns Airport board faces Sunshine Law charges

The three St. Johns County Airport Authority board members face charges for allegedly violating Florida’s Sunshine Law.

ST. JOHNS COUNTY, Fla. — According to the Jacksonville Business Journal, three members of the St. Johns County Airport Authority Board have been charged with criminal offenses for purportedly breaching Florida’s Sunshine Law.

Those board members include Reba Ludlow, Dennis Clarke and Len Tucker.

They are all accused of holding illegal private meetings.

Tucker is charged with tempering with or harassing a witness and violating Florida Sunshine Law. 

Clarke and Ludlow are charged with violating Florida Sunshine Law.

The charges come after months of controversy and calls for their resignation. 

First Coast News has reached out to St. Johns County Court and the State Attorney’s Office to learn more.
