TIKTOK star Anna Grace Phelan has died at the age of 19 following a heartbreaking battle with brain cancer.

The Georgia teenager had been openly sharing her experience with glioblastoma—an aggressive and terminal brain tumor—with her 150,000 followers, inspiring many with her bravery and faith.

Her death was confirmed in a post shared Saturday on her TikTok page.

“It is with profound sadness that we announce our beloved daughter, Anna Grace Phelan, has gone home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ,” the statement expressed.

“So many of you have followed her journey through a difficult battle with cancer and bore witness to her powerful testimony of faith,” it continued.

“We are grateful for the innumerable prayers for healing and peace. Let us all take comfort in knowing that she is now in Heaven, and she has been completely healed.”
