In a tragic turn of events, the esteemed film director Rob Reiner and his wife, Michele Singer, were discovered dead in their Brentwood residence on Sunday, victims of a fatal stabbing. The Los Angeles Police Department has identified their son, Nick Reiner, as the primary suspect in this heartbreaking double homicide.
Nick Reiner, 32, was apprehended on Sunday evening and is currently being held without the possibility of bail, according to official reports from the LAPD.

The events leading up to this grim discovery began on Saturday, December 13. Sources informed ABC News that an argument broke out between Rob and Nick Reiner during a holiday gathering. Property records eventually confirmed that the residence belonged to Rob Reiner, solidifying the tragic loss of the beloved filmmaker and his wife.
