Man shot, killed in parking lot of Brunswick restaurant, police say

Authorities in Brunswick have confirmed that a suspect has been apprehended following an early morning incident.

BRUNSWICK, Ga. — In the early hours of Sunday, a man lost his life during a shooting in the parking area of a local eatery, leading to the swift arrest of one suspect by the Brunswick police.

The Brunswick Police Department reported that officers were present at The Jerk Shack, situated at 4420 Altama Ave., around 2 a.m. As they were dispersing people from the parking lot, they heard a gunshot.
