Trump Praises FBI Deputy Director Dan Bongino: 'He's a Very Good Guy'

This past weekend was marked by significant drama, with both political sides attempting to gain the upper hand. Influencers who align with MAGA, as well as some who genuinely believe in that movement, are calling for Attorney General Pam Bondi’s resignation due to her poor handling and contradictory statements regarding the Jeffrey Epstein files. Meanwhile, Democrats and left-leaning groups are striving to construct a story suggesting that Trump is concealing these files because he is not only mentioned in them but involved in Epstein’s wrongdoings. This notion is absurd. Despite all the opposition directed at Trump, if there were any ties between him and Epstein’s criminal activities, the Democrats, who held power during most of the decade, would have exploited it as they did with the “Russia, Russia, Russia!” narrative, broadcasting it in every possible way.

Frustrations remain on both sides following Trump’s post on his Truth Social platform, where he, in essence, expressed his support for Pam Bondi as AG and indicated that the topic of Jeffrey Epstein should be laid to rest. FBI Director Kash Patel added to the situation by stating that he has no intention of stepping down.

As our editor Bob Hoge wrote:

At issue is a creepy pedophile financier who’s been dead now for almost six years. As I reported, Jeffrey Epstein continues to haunt us long after his alleged suicide:

On Friday, the D.C. news cycle was dominated by apparent tumult at the Department of Justice and reports that either FBI Deputy Director Dan Bongino and/or Director Kash Patel were considering resigning. The drama was caused by the DOJ’s statement Sunday that Jeffrey Epstein did in fact commit suicide and that there was no “client list.”

Many observers had expected more information and were critical of the report.

Putting the rumors to a rest, Patel indicated Saturday that he had no plans to step down as FBI director. The status of Bongino is still unclear at this time.

Well, what of Deputy Director Dan Bongino? After deplaning Air Force One at Joint Base Andrews after the FIFA Club World Cup in New Jersey, President Donald Trump took some questions. One reporter asked, “Is Dan Bongino still your Deputy FBI Director?”

Trump’s response was quick, but direct and decisive.

WATCH

So much for MAGA is crumbling, and cue the leftist tears. While nothing will be certain until Bongino returns to his post in D.C., it sounds as though a unified front is forming. With Thursday’s ICE raid on Glass House Farms in Camarillo, CA, which netted 361 illegal alien criminals and 14 unaccompanied minors, it is clear that this type of sting operation is only the tip of the iceberg.

Those who myopically focus on the Epstein files alone are missing the bigger picture.
