A surprise second eyewitness has emerged in the Idaho student murders case and could testify against Bryan Kohberger at trial later this year.

A woman who claims to have been the DoorDash driver delivering food to victim Xana Kernodle just moments before a deadly home invasion that claimed the lives of Kernodle, her boyfriend, and two roommates, has unexpectedly come forward as an eyewitness for Kohberger’s forthcoming murder trial. She informed the police that she witnessed Kohberger at the scene.

This woman identified herself in a police bodycam video from a supposed September 2024 DUI stop that was uploaded weeks later to the YouTube channel, Officer Axon, known for sharing law enforcement footage accessed via public records requests.

During Kohberger’s arraignment in May 2023, a judge entered not guilty pleas for him. He is charged with four counts of first-degree murder and one count of felony burglary. If found guilty, he may face the death penalty.
