There’s no chance for Lori Loughlin and Mossimo Giannulli to get back together.
“People around Lori and Mossimo have known they have been going through a really hard time in the last year,” a source told Us Weekly on Thursday.
“This isnât a shock to people around them. It has been a rough time for Lori. She is devastated.”
An insider disclosed that Loughlin initiated the separation because she believed “a break could be beneficial” for their relationship. Nonetheless, “they no longer see eye to eye.”
“They will not reconcile â there is currently no chance â and will ultimately divorce,” the source stated matter-of-factly.
In fact, Giannuli has “been on dates” since the split, while Loughlin “has not.”
On Oct. 2, Page Six confirmed that the “Full House” star, 61, and Giannulli, 62, had separated after 28 years of marriage.
A rep told us that, while there were “no legal proceedings underway” to end their marriage, the couple had been “living apart.”
One day before news of their split was revealed, Loghlin was spotted grabbing dinner with Anne Heche’s ex James Tupper.
The pair was seen dining at The Bird Streets Club in West Hollywood. At one moment, the Hallmark actress tenderly leaned into her “A Christmas Blessing” co-star for a warm hug as they waited for their cars at the valet.
Meanwhile, the fashion designer was spotted with stylist Hannah Harrison just hours after announcing his split from Loghlin.
However, Harrison quickly dismissed any rumors, stating to Us Weekly, “I feel it was unfortunate timing. I visited the [G/FORE Supply] store without realizing his separation had been made public.”
“He was introducing me to the people there so I could select outfits [for Giannulli’s brand G/FORE],” she explained, adding, “We arrived separately; we did not travel together.”
She then clarified, âWe were not there together [and] we are not dating. We are good friends. He was just meeting me at the store.”
During their marriage, Loughlin and Giannulli became parents to two daughters — Isabella Rose, 27, and social media influencer Olivia Jade, 26 — who are “remaining neutral” in the split.
“They both love their parents and just want them to find happiness,” a source told People on Thursday, emphasizing that the daughters do not feel any “drama or resentment.”
The insider added, âTheyâve seen how hard their mom and dad have tried over the years, and theyâre focused on keeping things peaceful and staying close as a family.â
The siblings âat the end of the day ⦠just want everyone to be OK.”
In 2019, Loghlin and Giannulli made headlines due to their involvement in the college admissions scandal.
A year later, the then-couple pleaded guilty to paying $500,000 to get their two daughters accepted into the University of Southern California as crew recruits â despite not being rowers.
The “Fuller House” star went on to serve a two-month sentence in a Dublin, Calif., federal prison before being released in December 2020. As for Giannulli, he completed his five-month prison sentence in Lompoc, Calif., in April 2021.
