$775 million Powerball: Winning numbers for Wednesday, Dec. 3

WASHINGTON — Anticipation is building as the Powerball jackpot has soared to an astronomical $1.5 billion for the upcoming Saturday drawing. This massive prize is the result of a series of rollovers since September 6, when the last lucky ticket holders defied the staggering odds of 1 in 292.2 million.

Should a fortunate individual clinch the jackpot in Saturday’s draw, they would stand to receive a cash option of $689.3 million, marking a potentially life-changing windfall.

This colossal jackpot ranks as the fifth largest in Powerball’s storied history and the seventh largest ever seen in the United States lottery landscape. The excitement is palpable as the next drawing is slated for Saturday, December 20.

2023 has already been a banner year for Powerball, with significant wins including a groundbreaking $1.8 billion prize in September, a $526.5 million jackpot in California in March, and a $328.5 million victory in Oregon in January.

For those keeping track, the winning numbers from Wednesday’s draw were 4, 5, 28, 52, and 64, with a Powerball of 20 and a Power Play multiplier of 3x. As excitement mounts, hopeful participants across the nation are buying tickets with dreams of joining the ranks of Powerball’s elite winners.
