A woman convicted of chopping up her lover scowled furiously at her attorney in court before she pounced on him.

Convicted murderer Taylor Schabusiness, 27, gave an evil glance at her defense attorney before she jumped out of her chair to attack him on Friday.

Footage from the moment shows court guards jump to action and tacking the killer before she fulfills the attack.

Schabusiness was back in court for a preliminary hearing after she allegedly attacked a prison guard.

She is serving life without parole at the Taycheedah Correctional Institution after being convicted of killing Shad Thyrion during a drug-fueled sexual encounter in Wisconisn.

The killer has previously attacked her legal team – In February, 2023, she attacked her then lawyer, Quinn Jolly, during a hearing before a deputy wrestled her to the courtroom floor.

The outburst came during a proceeding to determine whether Schabusiness was fit to stand trial.

Schabusiness was determined to be fit for trial and was found guilty of homicide, third-degree sexual abuse and mutilating corpse in July, 2023.

She killed Thyrion in his mother’s basement, telling the court that she ‘liked’ the killing and enjoyed cutting her lover’s head off.

‘I was sucking and cutting at the same time,’ Schabusiness said in the video. ‘I liked it. I didn’t know what to do.’

Prosecutors said Thyrion and Schabusiness had smoked methamphetamine in the basement of Thyrion’s mother’s Green Bay home before Schabusiness strangled, decapitated and dismembered him. She then left parts of his body throughout the house and in a vehicle, authorities said.

Thyrion’s severed head and penis were found by his mother, Tara Pakanich, and her boyfriend, Steve Hendricks, in a bucket in the basement of her home.

Other body parts were found in various bags in the basement as officers searched the property, including plastic shopping bags.

When told by detectives that police had found Thyrion’s head in a bucket Schabusiness responded, ‘that is pretty f***d up.’ And when asked what had happened in the basement she replied, ‘that is a good question’ and initially claimed to have blacked out.

She allegedly went on to tell police that she and Thyrion had been going to have sex and that he had produced two metal chains, one for him and one for her. She said he put his chain around his own neck as strangulation was something they had used during intercourse before.

According to the complaint Schabusiness then suddenly blurted out, ‘Damn the head. I can’t believe I left the head though’ before telling officers they were ‘going to have fun trying to find all of the organs as she had dismembered the body.’

She told them that most of the body parts were in the basement but that ‘there should be a foot or a leg’ in her minivan.

Remaining calm, Schabusiness allegedly told detectives that after Thyrion put the chain around his neck — which she compared to a dog choke collar — she just went ‘crazy’ strangling him.

She said that she could feel his heart beating, ‘so she kept pulling and choking him harder,’ claiming that he would not die as he just kept ‘rebuilding into muscle.’

Asked what she did once she realized he was dead, Schabusiness stated that she had ‘played’ with Thyrion’s body.

The complaint reads, ‘Schabusiness stated she sucked the Victim’s penis, that she had a dildo that she put in the Victim’s mouth and then in the Victim’s ***.’

Schabusiness told detectives that she had planned to take all the body parts with her when she left in her minivan but that she had ‘got lazy’ and was ill-prepared because the murder was random and not planned.
