A woman was taken into custody after she approached Mar-a-Lago, claiming she had “an urgent message” meant for President Donald Trump and revealing that there were firearms in her car.

The individual, identified as 49-year-old Caroline Shaw from Orlando, was arrested on July 7 for allegedly driving without a valid license and not registering her vehicle, as indicated in court records reviewed by Fox News Digital.

When the incident occurred, Trump was in Washington, D.C. Shaw reportedly drove a Mercedes van as stated by law enforcement, reaching the south entrance of Mar-a-Lago just before 10 p.m., where she parked on Southern Boulevard. The arrest report notes that she approached the gate and informed U.S. Secret Service agents of her need to “speak with Trump urgently.”

Shaw then informed agents there were guns in her vehicle. Based on Shaw’s claim, agents took her into custody and “secured the vehicle pending further investigation.”
