In an unsettling incident at Newark Liberty International Airport, two young passengers were reportedly removed from a flight following alleged threats made on board. The situation, captured in a series of video clips, sparked a heated reaction from a fellow traveler.

Amidst the commotion, another traveler, who filmed the aftermath, erupted in anger. His profanity-laden outburst was directed at a man who appeared to find humor in the situation.
A man, who the caption described as her brother, could be seen laughing as the interrogation ensued.
“What the f*** are you laughing about?” the frustrated passenger exclaimed. “You think this is f***ing funny? You piece of s***.”

She was grilled as to what she was supposedly ‘joking’ about, as the disgruntled man filming moved his phone around to capture the conversation.
‘Do you know the seriousness of that?’ an officer asked her.
Then, he turned to the passenger’s mom, who was standing next to her daughter while the questioning took place.
‘Mom, do you know the seriousness of that?’ he said.
‘Yeah, I know,’ the mother appeared to respond.
The officer then informed the family that ‘this was actually picked up by multiple federal agencies.’

She added: ‘I’m really glad it didn’t end up being a serious threat but I’m so angry that she derailed so many peoples plans for a video.’
Another user claimed that the woman had posted a video on TikTok, which the company ‘flagged it and sent it immediately to the FBI & they got her off the plane.’
‘Honestly I’m glad they were able to move so quickly,’ she said. ‘Lesson to everyone they are watching everything we do on our phones.’
A passenger on the same flight claimed that the alleged threat had derailed their departure of Newark Airport for hours
The Daily Mail has reached out to the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, which operates Newark Airport, FBI Newark and TikTok for comment.
Newark has been massively impacted by delays this week, as thousands of travelers look to reunite with their families and spend time with their loved ones.
Port Authority estimated that roughly 5.7 million passengers will travel through Newark, John F Kennedy International Airport, LaGuardia Airport and Stewart International Airport over the holiday season, per ABC 7.
The New Jersey airport handles roughly 1,200 flights per day from about 50 carriers. On Wednesday, a ground stoppage was issued due to staffing issues.
More flight disruptions could occur over the next few days as a fast-moving winter storm hits the East Coast.
