CHICAGO (WLS) — Enthusiastic Chicago Bears supporters are filled with anticipation as their beloved team faces off against the Green Bay Packers in the NFL Playoffs, a clash that promises to be unforgettable.
“I’ve endured a lot of disappointment with the Bears over the years, but this season feels like they’re breaking all the chains and erasing every curse. It’s truly unbelievable,” expressed devoted fan Symon Pallasigue.

Beginning Thursday, the city embraced the Bears spirit with stunning ice sculptures depicting team themes, strategically placed near the Loop. These installations have become popular photo spots for fans eager to capture the excitement.
“We’re ecstatic,” declared fan Kylie Melbourn. “This is such a fantastic way to kick off the workday.”
Throughout this week, Soldier Field has been illuminated in the iconic Bears colors each night, while the USG building added to the spectacle with its vibrant blue and orange display this morning.

Adding to the excitement, fans were treated to a visit from the team mascot, Staley. On Friday, Staley, along with The Monster Squad and the Bears Drumline, will embark on a mini tour around downtown, infusing the city with game day energy. At each stop, fans can look forward to exciting giveaways.
“All fans coming to the game on Saturday will get this rally towel so we really wanna see that waving it and getting into the game and it’ll be an electric atmosphere and we also have merchandise,” Chicago Bears VP of fan development and brand marketing Sarah Smith said.
The fun won’t stop there.
The Wiener’s Circle is cooking up another challenge for a hot dog giveaway while Thursday night at the Wintrust Sports Complex in Bedford Park, there is a coach Ben Johnson look-alike contest with the top prize of a $1,000 Visa gift card.
