A recent poll by Rasmussen Reports in collaboration with The Heartland Institute reveals that nearly 75% of likely voters under the age of 39 perceive housing costs as reaching a “crisis level.” Additionally, only 22% of these individuals believe their economic prospects will surpass those of their parents.

However, historical patterns suggest that such socialist approaches may exacerbate, rather than alleviate, these issues.
