In a WYMT report, Knox County, Kentucky, Sheriff Mike Smith announced the arrest of Sandra Knuckles Lambdin, 48, following a theft at Kentucky at the Old Poplar Creek Baptist Church’s Ministries. The arrest comes after deputies initiated an investigation into a stolen package from the church building on KY-11 in the Poplar Creek area.

Authorities began investigating the theft on January 28 after receiving a complaint regarding the stolen package from the church premises, prompting a thorough examination of the incident.

Through diligent investigative work, officials were able to identify Sandra Knuckles Lambdin as the suspect linked to the theft, marking a significant breakthrough in the case.

Additionally, Lambdin was wanted on charges in Whitley County, adding to the severity of her legal predicament and leading to her subsequent arrest and transfer to the Knox County Detention Center.
