Holly Madison has been to the Playboy Mansion since 2001 and moved out of it in 2008. She has been open about her nose job and other surgeries that she went through.

In an interview she gave to the Life and Style magazine, Holly reveals that from the beginning, she was unconfident about her looks but, her insecurities just worsened when she started to date Hugh Hefner.

She decided to have plastic surgery because of her insecurities. When she looked at the photographs of herself, she noticed that her nose was large. She felt that in order to stay in the industry, she needed to have her nose fixed, so she had her nose job done in 2003.

Similarly, she was self-conscious about her chest, so she implanted it. The model went on to say that while she was in the mansion, her insecurities worsened because she used to compare herself to the other girls in the Playboy mansion.

Holly Madison did plastic surgery on her nose to make it small and likable. By comparing the before and after photos, it is clear that her nose seems different in the pictures and, can be easily pinpointed.

Holly recently spoke out about her experience filming the Girls Next Door. She stated that she and her co-stars were not compensated at the start of the show. They were also treated as Hugh’s children.

During the series Between Two Salads, she discussed her dark times in the Playboy mansion with Kardashian Kolloquium.

Holly Madison was married to her husband, Pasquale Rotella. She dated Pasquale in 2011 and gave birth to their daughter in March 2013.

She married Pasquale on September 10, 2013, at Disneyland. Holly gave birth to her second child, a son in 2016.

Her marriage with Rotella did not last for long and, they got separated in 2018. While their divorce got finalized in February 2019.
