    The sports columnist, commentator, and television personality, Skip Bayless, is well-known for his work as a commentator on the ESPN2 show “First Take” alongside Stephen A. Smith but left the show in June 2016. 

    However, on September 6, 2016, Bayless debuted in a new show “Skip and Shannon: Undisputed” on Fox Sports with Shannon Sharpe. 

    Before joining the Dallas Times Herald, Bayless was hired by The Dallas Morning News as its lead sports column when he was 26-year-old. 

    What Happened To Skip Bayless?

    Up until now, there’s no news about what exactly happened to Skip Bayless. 

    Bayless, according to his Instagram, seems to be living quite a fit life, despite being 70-year-old. You can check out his Instagram page where his full puffed muscles and perfectly fit body pictures can be viewed. 

    In his entire career, Bayless has worked in several fields that include Print journalism, radio, television, and films. He kicked off his career at the Los Angeles Times where he was popularly known for his investigative stories. 

    Apart from this, Bayless wrote his first book “God’s Coach: The Hymns, Hype, and Hypocrisy of Tom Landry’s Cowboys” in 1989. The book was about the rise and fall of Tom Landry’s Dallas Cowboys. 

    While he was working as the lead sports columnist for the Chicago Tribune, Bayless was voted as Illinois Sportswriter of the year by the National Sportscasters and Sportswriters Association.

    No, skip Bayless doesn’t have cancer. However, there is an article published on “cancer Diagnosed with Skip Bayless” which got many of his fans thinking of he was diagnosed with cancer. 

    In the article, Dr. Andrew Bergman confirmed Skip Bayless, which was regarded as one of the most dreaded and abhorrent diseases known to mankind and causes excruciating pain in the cancerous tissue. 

    As of now, no such articles or news has been published, citing Skip Bayless and his illness.

    According to his Instagram account, Skip Bayless is married to his wife, Ernestine Sclafani. It is quite unclear when exactly the pair started dating, as they remain pretty secretive about their personal life. 

    We are clueless if the host has any children or not. As the pair have never posted any pictures related to their children on Instagram.
