Gunjan Saxena has been married to Gautam Narain, an Indian Air Force pilot, for over ten years.

The Indian Force Officer is a Wing Commander who has taught at the world’s first tri-service academy, The National Defense Academy.

Gautam is an expert officer pilot of the IAF Mi-17 Helicopter, and he has trained hundreds of cadets prior to their entry into the armed forces.

Gautam, the gracious pilot, once rescued a serious kidney patient from the rooftop of a submerged house in Gujrat and safely handed over the officials.

Gunjan was born to Ashok Kumar Saxena, her father, and Miss Saxena, her mother. Anshuman Saxena, the couple’s son, is the couple’s third child.

Her father was the most influential person in her life, encouraging her to follow her inner calling and assisting her in breaking stereotypes.

Ashok is a former Lieutenant Colonel who taught his children to adapt to any situation, from riding a bicycle to flying an airplane.

Gunjan’s mother had initially wished for her daughter to complete her education and marry a suitable husband. However, Ms. Saxena’s daughter’s determination caused her to abandon her wishes and later support her daughter to the best of her ability.

After Gunjan retired from the Indian Army in 2004, she concentrated on her personal life. In 2004, Gunjan and Gautam welcomed their first child into the world.

Pragya was the name given to the baby girl. In addition to Pragya, the couple is said to have a son.

Gunjan’s personal life has never been on social media besides her biopic. She only had opened her Instagram account after announcing her military biographical film in 2020.

Her profile does not feature any picture with her family, husband, or kids.
