Majid Al Futtaim was an Emirati billionaire businessman who is known as the founder of the real estate film called Majid Al Futtaim Group.

Majid Al Futtaim was the cousin of the head of the Al-Futtaim Group called Afbulla Al Futtaim.

Majid Al Futtaim was born in the 1930s and he passed away on December 17, 2021. Majid Al Futtaim is an alumnus of Aligarh Muslim University in India, where he bagged a degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Majid Al Futtaim established the Majid Al Futtaim Group in 1992 after he split the Al Futtaim empire with his cousin, fellow billionaire Abdullah Al Futtaim.

Majid Al Futtaim’s company owns hyper supermarkets, shopping malls, integrated communities with the Al Futtaim estate, and notable properties like the Mall of the Emirates, which features an indoor ski slope, and the Mall of Egypt; 13 hotels and 29 malls in all.

Who Was Majid Al Futtaim Married To?

Though Majid Al Futtaim was married prior to his death on December 17, 2021,  his wife’s name is not known.
