According to officials, Oswego and Plainfield EMS transported a 17-year-old male juvenile from Yorkville, a 17-year-old male juvenile from Chicago, a 19-year-old Michael Piatek of Aurora, an 18-year-old Tyreonne Shepard of Yorkville, an 18-year-old Barkiest Bradford of Yorkville, and a 19-year-old Rahmir Harris of Chicago to Rush-Copley Hospital in Aurora for injuries.

Michael Piatek Criminal Record Discussed

Yorkville police arrested Michael Piatek, 19, of the 2000 block of Wilson Creek Circle in Aurora, on charges of speeding and driving under the influence of alcohol following a traffic stop at 12:40 a.m. Oct. 13 between Route 34 and Orchard Road.
Furthermore, after conducting an investigation, officers discovered Piatek was driving under the influence of alcohol.
Piatek was arrested and taken to the Kendall County Jail in Yorkville, where he will be held pending a bond hearing.
