The Birmingham Barons, the AA Minor League Baseball affiliate of the Chicago White Sox, have implicated Omar Vizquel in a legal case alleging sexual harassment of a batboy.

According to Sports Yahoo, the batboy said in his complaint that Vizquel targeted him because of a condition he has.

The complaint is based on the Americans with Disabilities Act and was filed in federal district court in Alabama.
