The disappearance of Lina Sardar Khil has caused quite a stir in San Antonio. The 3-year-old was playing near her house when she vanished, never to be seen again.
Lina’s mother left her child unattended for a period of time near the family complex, according to Chief of Police William Mcmanus during a press conference on Tuesday.
