This video, aired on Jones’s InfoWars program, carried a provocative caption suggesting that Michelle Obama might have wielded Biden’s autopen during the final days of his administration to issue pardons for crucial figures. Throughout his presidency, Trump has frequently accused Biden of over-relying on an autopen for executive orders and pardons, particularly as his term drew to a close.

In the last days of his presidency, Biden indeed issued pardons to several individuals, including retired General Mark Milley and Dr. Anthony Fauci, both of whom have been critical of Trump.
