We are still under impressions from the star-studded event that took place last weekend. This Super Bowl was special just because we were able to see the exceptional talent on the field from teams we are not used to seeing in the Super Bowl, as well as hip-hop and rap infusion with some of the biggest names in the industry.
All of this made the event very desirable which is why tickets were sold out in a couple of hours. Apart from the tense game and exceptional half-time show, fans were also amused by celebrities that attended the game.
Since the Super Bowl took place in Los Angeles, it is natural to see more celebrities than the average award show after after-party. Let’s run through the list and find out which stars decided to sprinkle some football magic in their lives.
LeBron James
Most athletes appreciate the hard work and dedication from athletes in other sports, which is why we can see many basketball players watching football or the other way around. Since we are talking about the biggest event in football, it is obvious to see some big NBA stars watching the Super Bowl.
If you know how to bet on the NBA you surely recognized some famous players like Paul George and Kawhi Leonard, cheering for their football counterparts. We’ve also spotted LeBron James dressed in a casual green and pink short-sleeved shirt that was blasting off at the halftime show singling all the songs and dancing in the VIP area.
Kanye West
Kanye West has been in the spotlight after the breakup with Kim, and him doing everything he can (even sending Valentine gifts) to get back with her. Ye decided to attend the Super Bowl with his kids North and Saint along with other rappers like Tyga.
He wore a traditional Kanye West outfit of all black from the feet up. He even wore a black mask, which looked like it was uncomfortable. Of course, he didn’t last long until he revealed his face, and the camera was having a tough time trying to capture Ye smiling. Nonetheless, he was booed by some people due to his recent diss of Billie Eilish and Pete Davidson.
Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck
After Jennifer’s exceptional performance on the Super Bowl back in 2020, it is time for her to enjoy the game. When it comes to the half-time show compared to 2020, this year many stars were making the event special. However, this doesn’t mean that Jay Lo’s performance was underwhelming.
After their reunion with Ben Affleck, they have been in the spotlight and seem like they are living their top lives.
Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson
Dwayne Johnson was also spotted on the Super Bowl, but he wasn’t just a spectator. His job was to energize the audience with a great speech devoted to the hard-working athletes on the field.
“It’s time for all of us here and millions around the world to bear witness to these incredible players who will leave every ounce of sweat, guts, pride, and legacy on this hallowed field because that is what champions do,” Dwayne said as he announced the start of the Super Bowl.
Mark Wahlberg
Among many movie stars, Mark Wahlberg was in the center of attention, maybe because of his new look with the mustache. He also appeared with co-host Rich Eisen, Steve Mariucci, Michael Irvin during NFL Network’s Super Bowl pregame show.
He is a Patriots fan, but since his team was eliminated, he had to choose between the Bengals and the Rams. His prediction was proven wrong as he stated that the Bengals will beat the Rams. He added that the Bengals don’t look like they are playing under pressure, which gives them the advantage for winning the Super Bowl.
This Super Bowl was a star-studded event and the list of celebrities goes on and on. Other stars like Justin Bieber, Prince Harry and Princess Eugenie, Drake, Will Farrell, and Ryan Reynolds, Chris Tucker, Shawn Mendes, and many more attended this year’s Super Bowl.
