He’s already one of the highest paid footballers in the country, and Jack Grealish is set to add even more cash to his vast earnings.

The Manchester City star, 28, showed off the first image from his new Pepsi ad campaign after signing a deal worth a reported seven figures with the drinks company.

Grealish, who signed for City in 2022 in a record £100 million transfer, has already filmed the campaign alongside footballer-turned-actor Vinnie Jones, according to The Sun.

The forward, who won the Champions League, Premier League, Club World Cup and the FA Cup with City, is also a brand ambassador for Gucci.

A source told the publication in February: ‘Jack is banking another million with his new Pepsi deal. It’s for a new advertising campaign with Vinnie Jones who has also been signed up.

‘Both of them have filmed their parts for the advert and it’ll be seen by fans later this year.

‘Jack is worth every penny as far as Pepsi are concerned because everything he touches turns to gold. It’s a really fun advert, and Jack and Vinnie are following in the footsteps of other big players like David Beckham and Lionel Messi.’

Sharing the image on his social media profiles, Grealish captioned the photo: ‘Thrilled to join the Pepsi squad (fire emoji) (football emoji)’.

David famously fronted a series of Pepsi campaigns during his football heyday, worth a reported £2 m per year.

Late last year, Grealish’s family were terrified over a ‘traumatic’ burglary at his home, with his girlfriend Sasha Attwood among family members who were home at the time when thieves reportedly raided the property for £1 million worth of jewellery.

Sasha was said to have hit a panic button when the burglars struck.

It is thought 10 relatives – including his parents, two sisters and brother – were at the property at the time of the break-in watching Grealish play for City.

Sharing a picture of himself with his dog, Grealish addressed the burglary for the first time on New Year’s Eve, writing on Instagram: ‘I can’t begin to explain how devastated I am over the burglary that took place at my home a few days ago.

‘My family mean the world to me and nothing is more important than ensuring their safety. This has been a traumatic experience for all of us, I am just so grateful that nobody was hurt.

‘I have had so many amazing experiences and achievements over the last 12 months, but to be honest the best year of my life in football now doesn’t feel like something I can celebrate.

‘The people that commit these terrible crimes have no idea of the damage they cause to peoples lives. I hope they are found and brought to justice so no other family has to go through what we have.

‘I appreciate the messages from everyone and the support from my friends, teammates and the club.

‘On a more positive note, I’d like to thank everyone for their support throughout this past year, I wish you and your family a happy 2024.’
